Senator Walters moved to amend the bill by striking out the title and substituting therefor a new title, to read as follows:

Eng. Senate Bill No. 435 -- A BILL to amend and reenact §60-1-5a of the Code of West Virginia, 1931, as amended; to amend and reenact §60-4-3b of said code; and to amend and reenact §60-8-3 of said code, all relating to permitting farm winery licensure as alternating wine proprietorships; permitting farm wineries to provide samples and off-premises sales at separately licensed fairs and festivals; permitting sale of wine by wine specialty shops located in resort areas in counties, magisterial districts or municipalities which have not elected to permit the retail sale of wine or alcoholic beverages; and defining resort area.
